Evidence-based optimal ranges.

Standard lab reference ranges are built from the general population, the majority of whom are metabolically unwell. We use tighter, evidence-based optimal ranges drawn from longevity literature and preventive-medicine practice, applied to the same blood draw with a higher threshold for action.

Cardiometabolic

ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, HbA1c, triglyceride/HDL ratio. The markers that actually predict cardiovascular events, not just the ones on a standard panel.

Inflammation

hs-CRP, homocysteine, ferritin, GGT. Chronic low-grade inflammation is the common substrate of most age-related disease. We track it precisely.

Hormonal

Total and free testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, SHBG, DHEA-S, cortisol. Sex- and life-stage specific ranges, not population averages.

Neurocognitive

Vitamin D, B12, folate, omega-3 index, magnesium RBC. The substrates your brain depends on day to day.

Metabolic reserve

Liver enzymes, kidney function, complete blood count, thyroid panel. The organ-system baseline that protocols build on.

Micronutrient status

Ferritin, zinc, B-vitamin panel, vitamin D 25-OH. Repletion before optimization.

Protocols are reviewed by board-certified physicians on our clinical advisory team before release.
