Optimal ranges are educational, not clinical
The "optimal" biomarker ranges shown in the platform are drawn from published longevity literature and the practice of preventive-medicine physicians. They are intentionally tighter than standard lab reference ranges. They are not diagnostic thresholds and your physician may interpret your results differently. Always discuss your bloodwork with your physician.
Protocols are starting points
Daily protocols are personalized to your panel and lifestyle but they are general educational recommendations, not personalized medical orders. Your individual situation, medical history, medications and current symptoms may make some recommendations inappropriate for you.
If you are pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive
The platform automatically pauses any supplement or protocol that has not been cleared for pregnancy and nursing. You should still consult your obstetrician before starting anything new. We are not a substitute for prenatal or postnatal care.
If you take prescription medication
Many supplements interact with prescription medications. The platform flags known interactions when you log medications, but no automated check is exhaustive. Always discuss new supplements with your prescribing physician or pharmacist.
Hormone therapy, PCOS, endometriosis and similar conditions
For these and other clinical conditions the platform offers education and tracking only. We do not prescribe and we do not replace your specialist. Always defer to your treating clinician.
Emergencies
If you experience symptoms that may be a medical emergency (chest pain, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness or loss of speech, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, suicidal thoughts) call your local emergency services immediately. Do not use this platform for emergencies.
No doctor-patient relationship
Use of the platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Family Vitality Labs or any of its staff, even when our clinical team reviews your account or messages you on a Concierge plan.
