Terms of Service

Family Vitality Labs ("FVL", "we", "us") is a health-intelligence and protocol service. We translate bloodwork and lifestyle data into educational guidance and a daily protocol. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe. Nothing on the service is medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician for medical decisions.

You must be eighteen or older and legally able to enter a contract. The service is offered only in jurisdictions where it is lawful to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You may not share an account with anyone other than members invited under a family plan.

Memberships are billed monthly in advance. The price for your tier is shown at signup. Your card is billed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Bloodwork ordered through us is billed separately at lab cost. Pricing is shown before you confirm any order.

We offer a thirty-day refund window for new memberships. Beyond that, no partial refunds for the current cycle, but you can cancel future cycles at any time.

Don't upload data that isn't yours. Don't try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. Don't use the service to provide medical care to others. Don't impersonate a clinician.

You own the bloodwork, logs and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display them for the purpose of running the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome. Optimal ranges and protocol recommendations are educational interpretations of published literature, not clinical orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except either party may bring small-claims actions in their local jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect.
